Walmart complaint: Not helpful

My complaint:

Had an order which I did online. Needed to return the item for which had been explained on web to take back to store with UPC and instructions.
Person, who didn’t have good pr manners said he had no labels and could not send it back. He told me I would have to go to another store but he didn’t know if they had labels.

Suggested solution:

I don't think I believe him!.. Everyone else has always been nice and polite there. Online Walmart did not say some stores don't have labels.

I have always made returns there!
