My complaint:
Order 3352215659467. I ordered 2 6.5 bags of ear corn for squirrels on 3-5-22 and it was delivered 3-6-22 but both bags had mold and rot and one bag was ripped at the bottom. I spoke with several people to get it replaced and a new delivery sent today and a full refund for the horrible mistake on Walmart’s part. I was told the only thing that they will do is refund the money. Such poor customer service not to mention that mold is a health hazard. Surely someone is able to do something. Please advise as soon as possible.
Suggested solution:
BY refunding my purchase and replacing the order immediately.
