My complaint:
I just left the Big Rapids Walmart. I was buying 4 Walmart gift cards for family members who I couldn’t visit at Christmas. The amounts were $200, $200, $150 and $100. I was paying cash. The employee refused to sell them to me because she didn’t feel comfortable. She mentioned possible fraud. I said I was paying for them in CASH. She consulted her manager. The manager supported the decision. I can only assume that Walmart doesn’t want a bunch of paying customers cluttering up the place. Rest assured that I will NEVER be back.
