My complaint:
I purchased 4 new tires and scheduled an appt for 4:30 pm. I got there at 3:55pm (because i was told the window scheduling is between 4-5).My Car was checked in 4:12 and I was told it would be done at 5 pm. I didn’t get checked out until 6:30. I watched 5 other cars go before me. I waited over 2 and 12 hours for something that doesn’t take that long. ( Not to mention, I left work an hour early (unpaid) no more PTO) I was late picking my wife up from work at 5:30 and getting my grandson from day care that closes at 6.)
Suggested solution:
At this point anything will be better than the basic apology that I received.
Store credit ( I spent over $400 on tires)
Future auto part discounts
2 or 3 Free Oil change and tire rotation
Walmart gift cards
Waived online delivery fees
The problem is my lost of 2.5 hours isn't a big financial lost to you large company and that really hurts.
