My complaint:

Y’all sent me a Verizon upgrade sim card for my phone I put it in and now my phone keeps saying I have no service and when I go to set my voicemail up it says my phone number is invalid I’ve been on the phone w customer service for 3 days still not fixed I just paid my bill and not my service isn’t working wow and when I got service before my phone would always freeze up do I need to switch company’s cause y’all don’t seem to know what’s going on

Suggested solution:

Make my service work and tell me why my phone number is now invalid and fix the service issues or just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else for service
