My complaint:
On 12032019 I paid $24.88 for 30 days phone service with Wal-Mart Family Mobile but never received the service.Customer service said my number is not in their records on they said my sim card is invalid. Then they told me my number was changed but they had no records of it being changed or why it was changed then they told me that my number was a Avondale number. I have the same sim card that came in the phone when I bought it and it even says my number in the phone where it says my nubmer and it took the payment for that number.They they are telling don’t make sense they messed up and my number is gone and my money. This is the second time I wasted money on this phone company.
Suggested solution:
I want the service that I paid for and my phone number back if not I at least want my money back
