Walmart Family Mobile complaint: failure to provide requested service

My complaint:

Several months ago i attempted to bring my two Walmart family mobile under one plan called the truly unlimited high speed 2 line plan. Last month i discovered that that did not happen and they put me on two separate plans. I spent over 8 hours on the phone attempting to get this corrected. The final service agent i spoke with guaranteed me i was sighed up for the requested plan. Today my service for data was ended on both phones. Again after 4 hours on the phone with multiple agents troubleshooting the phones to determine what was wrong. it was determined again that i was not signed up for the requested plan. Both times i could not get the problem elevate to someone and had to spend wasted time both for them and me going over the same processes. It appeared to me that the agents had a set procedure they had to follow and could not or would not deviate from that process. Please do something to correct this problem so i or anyone else doesnt go through this horrible process in the future again.

Suggested solution:

This has happened to me 3 times in the last 4 months please make sure i or anyone else doesnt go though this agonizing procedure again. A review of what happened would also be nice.
