Walmart Family Mobile complaint: Absolute worthless customer service

My complaint:

In 2023 Walmart family Mobile deleted a number off of my account which was my son’s number for over 10 years. He passed away I kept that number active for 8 years so my granddaughter his daughter could use that number and it would mean something to her. At and trying to take care of another issue at Walmart family Mobile decided to delete his number off of my account, which has never been restored onto my account. I have had Walmart family Mobile for over 15 years every single time I have to deal with customer service I have anxiety attacks because there is by far the very worst no service I should say that I have dealt with in my entire life. I spent 5 hours on the phone this past Monday trying to resolve an issue of my service being disconnected all of a sudden. I missed a job interview and an opportunity to rent a home which I had been waiting for for weeks and weeks. No one in those 5 hours could tell me what was wrong. I had to wait the very next day in order for somebody to maybe have a clue and try to help me. In the meantime I had absolutely no service no contacts in raising my granddaughter if there would have been an emergency I would have not known. I once the service was finally restored by the way it was due to Walmart family Mobile trying to add my son’s number to my primary number which I have had for 20 years that’s not what was supposed to happen! Needless to say, I have service now with my cell phone however I still do not have my son’s number 719-271-8002 for my granddaughter’s phone since I had been trying to get this resolved 6 months ago!. I still haven’t gotten anything resolved and I requested when my service was turned on finally on Tuesday February 6th I requested an upgrade being that I had not had a phone upgrade in 15 years I’ve had to pay for phones out of pocket that’s not acceptable so I want to be paid back for my time for the hassle that I have been given and for the non-resolution so far to this date of retrieving my son’s number back to my account or even retrieving it. So my granddaughter can use it with q Link so in all the years in all the problems in all the hassles and all the Walmart family Mobile mistakes that have been done all I was asking for it was an upgrade for my phone and I to this day have not gotten an answer and the gentleman said he didn’t think that would be authorized but he had to send it to the higher ups I’m still not heard back. I don’t have any photos as proof for anything it’s it’s all undocumented and notes that I have taken over 15 years time I’m not asking for much and I just would really like an answer as to where my son’s number is and would I be authorized to receive an upgrade?

Suggested solution:

I would like a person of importance I would like a person higher than a manager to call me at 719-332-0293 and I would like to be authorized an upgrade after 15 years and no offer for an upgraded phone ever! I would like my son's phone number 719-271-8002 to be retrieved in order for his daughter my granddaughter to have it finally.
