My complaint:
I made an online purchase and some of my items were replaced, I walked into a conveniently located Walgreen’s store with my receipt, and the person trying to help me told me that I was not able to make my return there because my online order was not in their system. Do you mean to tell me that as advanced as our technology is Walgreen’s does not have a centralized system where any item purchased at Walgreen’s is able to be seen at any Walgreen’s store anywhere in the world? So I left the store and now I have to walk in to the Walgreen’s store where I originally placed my order to get my items exchanged or returned. What an inconvinience!!

I can be able to return any and all items purchased at a Walgreen's store at any and all Walgreen's stores
