My complaint:
First time in this store and it was horrible. Gonna do this in the best way possible. At first sight it wasn’t clean but gave them a chance. Went to counter and ordered. I stood by the counter with an employee of walburgers watched the with my food. We watched the person who was to be bagging my food with open my food (with no gloves) open it remove the top bun and look at it. She did this three times. Then put on her blue gloves. Then bagged my food. I then asked for the manager (David) told him what happened he stated they shouldn’t open the box because it is marked. I didn’t want free food I didn’t want credit I was short on time. It wasn’t, picture attached. I then talk to David again they tried to say I didn’t see this, then I got upset she stated I never seen this, one of the employees and I were watching it together. It is the principle I thought it was a learning process. It then became a big deal. I left with the food, the walburg family would be disgraced over the food, service and cleanliness of this place. I have been to many of the restaurants this one is the worst ever. 😫 I think it need some HUGH help. Re training and until then I will not go there, to top it off the food horrible. I threw the sandwich away but the cheese curds were great! Please address this…

New manager, and re train employees. Needs attention bad. Don't lie to customers
