My complaint:
We enjoy your food but our experience yesterday was unacceptable and unnecessary. We ordered from the morongo location at 615pm. Just 3 hamburgers and a fry. The casino was very sparse as was the restaurant. There were three couples eating there. The so called cook was verrry slow..basically wondering around with a I don’t care attitude. We waited 35 minutes.with no one in line. I finally asked about our order.. another 10 minutes went by and we received our order. There was no reason it should have taken that long. He finally put on gloves.. after cooking the order. None of this made any sense. This does not give you a good repetition.
