My complaint:
I have complained twice n never heard from anyone. I am a rewards person. When I first downloaded the app n went to Wahlburgers i.was able to give them my number . The last two times I was told that this couldn’t be done at restaurant n I needed to do it on my app. The issue is that the code wasn’t given to me . The server went n ask the manager n she said the same thing that it wasn’t done at the restaurant any longer. Since nothing was done I haven’t been back
I thought since this was a new restaurant that someone would care. However I guess not. I am wondering how many other people have had this issue
So maybe the employee needs to tell customers that they need to do it through the app.

Someone to take time to contact me
