Wagamama complaint: Charged for food not received

My complaint:

We sat down for lunch at the airport and never received our £8 chilli squid.
They said food would be served within 15min and after 30min it had not arrived.
We asked the waitress for a refund and explained we need to catch our flight.
The waitress said she can’t do it, only a manager.
The manager didn’t appear.
We couldn’t miss our boarding so we had to leave.
We contacted Wagamama on their website a week ago and we’ve heard nothing.
We want our £8 refunded asap.

Suggested solution:

Refund £8 and provide vouchers as compensation.
