My complaint:
Unfortunately the men women’s toilets were filthy unhygienic – please see the photos below –
Women’s: (All booths) Please note the sanitary products, dole with visible blood amongst the piles of rubbish no toilet paper
Men’s: Urine pools on floor in booths ? Used toilet paper on the floor
The cinema manager has sent several messages reporting the problem to the appropriate department in your organisation including the day of the date of the ticket
I am so concerned I have informed the council. Hopefully you will deal with this immediately as it is an urgent matter
Suggested solution:
Professional cleaning of the toilets
Logged inspection every hour
Prompt response when the cinema manager reports the problem
