Vrbo complaint: Being over charged and no help in getting back.

My complaint:

Baronholiday gives you a price when booking and charges a lot more when having to pay last bill.
Baron say it’s VRBO and VRBO say it’s Baron.Both will not help in giving me that €400 back that they took and will not even let me know why thay added that money on in the first place.
They make out at the day of final pay ment that I pay the full amount of €3421.90 and that is the price it came to with the €400 for safety and the €400 being paid back to me when I leave.

This €400 has never been given back. And both Baronholiday and VRBO will not help.
