My complaint:

I have not been allowed to go to work since November 23,2022. Today is about will be 4 consecutive days and I also will be missing my information session for CDL training today. VOA is about to cause me to loose my job and prevent me from persuing my career of being a truck driver. This place is far from a transitional center. The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. We are not providing with health care providers nor are they providing with other resources such housing. They don’t care about residents transitioning back into society nor about us going back to the community with the same ways that landed us in prison. Lately they been having people sleeping on the floor due to bed space.Numerous people have overdosed since I been here, resident chased another resident out the door stabbing him with a knife. This place really needs to be looked at and cleaned up. Bottom line this place needs a new staff!!

Suggested solution:

Fire and hire a new staff
