My complaint:

I am facing an eviction next month due to a situation out of my control as stated previously. To reinterate, Volunteers of America has not paid the rent that they promised since May. When I approached them about it they said they could help with all the proper documentation which was provided. Initially I spoke with Virgina Perez who was handling my case and she never followed up with me. When I inquired as to why no follow up, I was informed she was on leave; which was about three weeks later. Vivian Robles then entered the picture and discovered the EIN number was incorrect-Covina Grands EIN number was incorrect. Because of their error I am facing an eviction. I am the sole support two disabled adults, and an elderly mother. My case was closed and they left me with 15,000 pending rent.

Suggested solution:

They need to reopen my case, research the discrepancy of the EIN number to stop the pending eviction
