My complaint:
On 6th february we were illegally joined up to megavolotea membership and charged 59.99 euros. Before that we had saved up for 2 years to fly from palma to bordeaux for a trip to see my brother and were happy to book the flights with Volotea. I should explain that I am a 79 year old pensioner, my wife is 77 and this will be the last trip we will be taking so obviously membership of Megavolotea is of no interest to us at all so hope youcan get them to refund this cash as it is something we can ill afford.
Suggested solution:
We will only be satisfied when we receive a full refund of the 59.99 euros illegally charged to our bank account.
