Vivid Seats complaint: i paid for two tickets order number 32678162

My complaint:

i purchased two tickets for rolling stone concert for nov 15 2021 vivid seats said tickets were delivered on e tickets i never received e tickets have emailed vivid seats they sent me a link to go to to receive tickets which doesent exist

Suggested solution:

i need my E tickets or i will contact my credit card company for a fraudulent action have them resolve the problem my phone number is 734-231-4617 i have tried for three days five emails to different forms to vivid seats all i get is same email back
