My complaint:
Order placed with customer called ponmonuu for chunky knit cardigan on 23rd jan 23 got message saying shipped no tracking information given on 3rd feb 23 contacted seller to say not arrived again on the 4th again on 8th to say not arrived then on the 9th feb 23 Vinted put up delivered nowhere to state that I can put has’nt during this time from first message sent to buyer have emailed Vinted to inform of problem but no help given asked Vinted how it can be delivered as no tracking information was ever given but I had requested this from seller but they ignored request I keep asking Vinted how they can mark delivered when no tracking information was given but they also will not give straight answer they say they can do nothing as they have paid seller surely this is not right also asked how to make formal complaint this also ignored–
