My complaint:
I’ve had Vinted account for over 6 months and had amazing reviews. I love clothes and enjoyed using it. My mum got excited about an opportunity to sell some of her clothes and opened her own account. Vinted blocked both of our accounts, reason given was multiple accounts violate rules. We sent a copy of our passports as well as proof of address to show that we are two different people. My mum received an apology and her account was unblocked. I however received a message saying that investigation concluded that I do have multiple accounts and therefore they won’t unblock me. How come? There is no way in the world that any investigation could something that is not true and is easy to check. The way Vinted is treating it’s customers is appalling, especially that they profit from every single sale. This injustice bothers me and I need a fair resolution.
