Vinted complaint: Refunded buyer manually, without me pressing the I have received the item back

My complaint:

Vinted refunded my buyer without manually before I had received my item back. I was unwell in hospital with pneumonia and it got worse and I got sepsis, the buyer had returned the order to a in post box. I asked her not to and to post to my home as I was in hospital. She ignored me!
I couldn’t collect the parcel I was in intensive care.
Therefore in post returned it to pinkstuff22 at her address and she also got refunded. I’m apauled at the lack of support from Vinted. I have tried other avenues to acquire this ladies address, out of desperation and Vinted have now blocked my account.
I want my jumpsuit back. It’s an expensive item and now I’ve lost the £18 I got for it also. She is ignoring my messages, so I’m stuck but this is very very unfair.

Suggested solution:

I want her address to send a so,icitors letter. Or I want my jumpsuit posting back. Or a complete refund.
Also I feel Vinted need to support sellers better and don’t manually refund without sellers ation.
