My complaint:
I sold a Dior hoodie; after the buyer received it, he exchanged my item for a fake and reported it to vinted. I provided all the evidence to vinted, but they didn’t reply me. then the result is the buyer do not need to return my item and the money is refunded to the buyer. what I sent to the buyer is an authentic Dior hoodie!!!!!!
