My complaint:
I posted and item using shipping label provided by Vinted. Unfortunately staff at Evri drop off point done something wrong and my parcel wasn’t scanned through the Evri network. I’m unable to locate where parcel is. Evri is unable to help as Vinted provided shipping label and they are obligated to investigate and make a claim to Evri. Vinted refused to help and cancelled an order leave me out of pocket. It’s unacceptable. They stopped responding, I don’t even know if they get in touch with Evri.
Suggested solution:
Refund me for loss as they are obligated to do that while using their integrated shipping method
