My complaint:

I was delivered a worn out item with holes. The seller is not responsive and finally after I escalated the issue, she answered and sent me her address. But she has not sent me a return label. Vinted customer support is saying that due to a technical error I need to arrange the shipping by myself outside of the platform. This is just ridiculous, because I bought the item on the platform and I even had to pay a buyer’s fee.

Suggested solution:

Send me a return label and Reimburse me the money of the damaged item
