My complaint:
Bought 3 Red hot chilli peppers ticket through their website (big mistake) did not realise that their booking and handling charges came to £100!!!!!
Got email on 12th June to say tickets ready to down load, no tickets, emailed them they promised they would have them by 19th of June! 19th came and went no tickets, spoke to a representative on the phone, he admitted my tickets were not there to be download, seller had not made them available!, got email to say they would definitely be there on 22nd, again no tickets, finally after emailling again today tickets arrive!
no apology no offer of compensation , rang them to be told that the order is filled what more did I want!!!!
how is this customer service! any reputable company after missing 3 delivery days would offer a full refund or some sort of compensation

At this stage they should offer to refund the booking fee and handling charge
