My complaint:
Since April of 2023 I have had intermittent service outages, I’ve called in and spent hours on hold, talking with support agents that offer nothing more than resetting the phone or escalating to a teir 2 tech.
I’ve had new phones new sim cards, new esims, all equaling a giant nothing burger, on Sunday 8/13/2023 as instructed by one of those teir 2 techs I went into a store for a new sim card. Still no service .
Verizon is really quick to take the money out each month but it’s like asking a cat to make you a suit when asking for support.
One of the support managers offered me a whooping 30dollar credit for the last outage that is still ongoing! I haven’t been able to make s call or send a text with my phone for going.
Suggested solution:
I want a working cell phone, and compensation x100000 for the total lack of effort on Verizon's part
