My complaint:
I was a victim of fraud btw 2/2023 and 6/1/2023. I disputed transactions as I began learning of the fraud and on 6/5/2023 and filed a police report who advised that I attempt to reinstate my Venmo account- Venmo refused and sided with criminals and said I violated acceptable use policy even though I was a long standing Venmo user that had never had trouble prior to being a victim of a scam.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my Venmo account or allow me to make a new account
