My complaint:

I paid vendors using my husband’s venmo account instead of mine (accidentally). He disputed the charges, and then recognized the issue. We both called the bank to resolve the dispute. The bank, Middlesex Savings Bank, contacted VENMO, resolved the dispute and closed the issue. VENMO is refusing to credit my husband’s account now.

Suggested solution:

Refund the funds back to my account.
