My complaint:
I ordered two things from Amazon. Venmo charged my venmo account for $19.18 and $6.66. The also charged my T-Mobile debit card for the sane two amounts. I have sent them proof of what was done but they keep telling me I was only charged once.
Suggested solution:
Credi me back $25.84 to one of the accounts.
