My complaint:
Bought veet wax facial straps a few weeks ago and have used before on my eyebrows, no issues.
Decided to do my top lip and it has burnt both side of my face, I am now on cream.
I was as a carer and it’s embarrassing to be seen
Suggested solution:
Would like money back to begin with as I have thrown the rest away as I'm too scared to use it again now.
Would like to know also if they have changed any ingredients in there wax as unsure why now I had an reaction
