My complaint:
I used veet hair removal for first time. I did a patch test no reaction.I used it on my bikini line for 5 mins and rinsed off. It has taken layers of my skin off causing ozzing horrific burns. I have been in tears and sleepless night. The pain and trauma has been horrific. I had to go to the doctors today. The doctor said it had burnt all my skin away and now is infected. The doctor was disgusted a product can do this. I have been given two types of cream a anti biotic and a steroid cream and strong pain relief. After two days of being in agony not being able to walk I’m just so angry . I’m absolutely disgusted and traumatised. I can’t believe a product can cause this much damage. My husband has had to take two days off work to look after our toodler. It has cost me just under 30 pound for all my prescriptions. No one should ever have to go through this pain.
Suggested solution:
Compensation for my prescription and the product. Also I want a apology and compensation for the trauma I have been through and my family have had to witness.
