My complaint:
Well Varo can not explain why they initiated a transaction from my account for $77. I have been contacting the chat support for over a month now without any type of intelligent response from Varo. Any response is so vague that it is like they said nothing at all.
They also refuse to release my $50 hotel damage deposit that is over 30 days old since the hotel released the funds back to me.
I deal with them everyday for over two hours for the past 30 days attempting to get my money back. The worst customer service in the world
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back for both instances so I can close my account and never deal with them again
