My complaint:

I filed a dispute for a ton of charge.that were my account well over $500 I did my own investigation to find out it was an illegal gaming site Morrow ruled in their favor. I’m a 60 year old woman on Social Security and cannot afford to lose over $500 borrow did not want to have to spend $500 so they ruled for the illegal gaming site, this is wrong and then they make it impossible to contact anybody except for someone on chat that won’t even give you their last name and they keep saying no you need to file a dispute need to file a dispute. I did that it did me no good now I’m out , and I think Varo needs to answer for their actions.

Suggested solution:

They should collect the money from the person that took it not punish me. I think I should try to file a lawsuit because a person that is disabled, and on Social Security should not have to deal with this kind of madness. I had to hunt and hunt and hunt for their corporate office. And that leaves me in circles back to the stupid chatline.
