My complaint:
This morning I woke up to an email stating that my account was temporarily suspended. And that I would hear from them in 4 business days. I called them today to find out why my account was temporarily suspended and no one has a reason. I get my paycheck tomorrow and my VA check on Friday. And they told me today that they could hold my money. I completely agree. I need my money and I need it when it hits my account. I’ve had varo over 2 years, and they are dead wrong for this. I need something done about this and don’t know what to do. But I do know I’m leaving varo, asap. But not until I get my money. I don’t go to work everyday to let this bullshit ass bank keep my money. I’m very angry about the situation. And it’s really making me madder. I’m not understanding how they can do this. But I need this documented because I have done nothing wrong. I NEED THIS FIXED. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY AMD ILL GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! SIMPLE
Suggested solution:
Just give me access to money money from this account, and I'll change my direct deposit to somewhere else. The only solution is for them to give me my money. I have bills to pay and u less they are going to pay them, I need my money!!!!!!!

Did they ever unsuspend y’all account when they say it’s temporary suspended and will resolve in 4 days did it take 4 days until y’all was able to get back into y’all account what’s going on ? I get my taxes in a couple days on there smh

Is happening to me too and I’m so close to end up in the street with my two kids and have no where to go because Varo has my money to pay my delayed bills
I’m going through the same thing and they won’t even tell me why I’m on 2 weeks now of them every time I try to talk to someone they only tell me to email them and I’d hear back in two days and it never happens

This is messed up for real.. My account was suspended about 3 weeks ago, I discovered it when I was getting ready to check my balance to pay a bill.. It doesn’t take that dam long to get it reopened for usage, they need to fix this problem, I’ve bills to pay.. They don’t seem to care. I need my money to pay bills.. This needs to be resolved ASAP…
