My complaint:
Someone accessed my account and took my money. Varo knows that this was fraud. I had no access to my account. I had been locked out of my account because someone tried to charge $220.00 at Kroger in PA. I live in Texas. This all started on the 1st of September. Even after adding a security question to my account they were still able to access my account and change my information multiple times and take my money. I am facing eviction because of this and Varo is telling me that I will have an update on the 20th! I need my money now or I’m going to be homeless this weekend. I have 4 disputes to the total of over $6000.00
