Varo Bank complaint: Denied my dispute

Well I was arrested October 2 2022 in a hotel room. Once arrested all my belonging, wallet cell phone was left in the room. I contacted the police station about my things but it was to late the room had been cleaned. Upon my release 4 months later I had seen that my money was gone. My phone apps were used and that they took my money in a 2 month time. I contacted varo and sent them my incarceration paperwork explained to them and even sent them my old phone access and they denied my dispute with no unusual activity on account. I must be houdini to leave jail go to gas station and stores on different days and magically reappear in jail.
