My complaint:

I have several
the main complaint is it’s impossible to reach a live person done purposely by varo
Im a senior two time COVID survivor with a new discoverd tear in my heart I’m disabled and dislexic
Varo has no people put in place to held people like me it is required by the ADA varo has allowed people to access my money I have made many disputes non with proper procedure they kept me from my social sec ACH transfer with no way to access my money for four months when finally could suggested I get friend or family to help an they helped themselves to my money nothing has been done never provided provisional funds this is a monthly accurance I ha be e lost over $4000 I live in my car because of their negligence I have had to pay lots of service charges just to receive my own money their is never to allow my social sec to have withdrawal limits but Varo does
They are breaking many federal reserve laws and violation of privacy laws as well as FDIC laws of practice they caused me to not be able to open another bank account my health and basic needs are not possible to care for myself I need attorney imediatley before I literally die from abuse neglect inhumane immoral acts committed by varo clearly discriminatory acts to woman an elders

Suggested solution:

By filling law suit they get no stars
