My complaint:
Yesterday my account was temporarily suspended again for absolutely no reason what so ever. I sat at gas station over 3 hours last night out of gas when I got off work in the end result having to leave my car at gas station. I’m praying my car is ok and not towed or anything else. I’m missing work right now ,can purchase materials I need for job I’m on , can’t get to work today and this isn’t first time varo has done this crap. I have called and called and no one not even supervisor can tell me reasoning behind my account suspension and it’s clearly completely unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Unsuspend my account for starters , compensation for my missing work and stress of leaving my car at gas station over night
They just did the same thing to mine and idk why. They told me i will be emailed within 4 days as to what happened if their able to figure it out that is but all of a sudden I can’t even get into my varo account and right now I really need to. Did they ever say anything to you as to why it was temporarily suspended??
