My complaint:
I inform my loan officer that I wanted to quick my job because of the way I was being treated and she told me to make sure I found another job which I did, and she said I have to had 4 -6 weeks to be able to use the income. I provided all my documents and I was told I had to have a conference call with Director, and three other individuals. I ask her why and she never answered. Had the conference and the amount that the loan officer quoted me before conference was $291,000.00 during conference I shared on how I was misled by loan officer and I was penalized and the loan amount offered to me was $130,000.00
My income from my Chase account through Zelle , that how I got paid through my care service business, was not accepted and I was denied
Suggested solution:
By being fair and tell me why I had to have a conference call with four individuals regarding my loan.
