My complaint:

I was reversing my vehicle out of a slip road,an ups van VRM KN20 EPU Was waiting to turn right into the sliproad the car in front of me turning left onto the A41. I was hesitating, which meant I was unable to move and therefore free up your drivers path. This took place in about 45 seconds of time, but your driver directed a vitriol verbal abuse at me because he had been held up
This is totally unacceptable behaviour from one of your employees or franchisees, which ever is the case. His outburst was totally uncalled for and the language was an absolute disgust. I didn’t see the drivers face but he had a south London accent. I hope you take this complaint seriously and interview the driver about his conduct now and in the future.

P S I would actually call this road rage, which, as you know, is an offence under the road, traffic act your reply will decide whether I take this to Metropolitan police or not..

Suggested solution:

By speaking to the driver across a desk and attempt some way of discovering his short temper boundaries and then investigate his suitability to belong to your organisation
