My complaint:
Hello.
UPS rescheduled the shipment delivery date for several times. They wrote me that the duties and taxes must be paid by the reciever to UPS. I wanted to change the payment to sender, not receiver. But I fogot my username and password for UPS log in. I didnt receive from them any email according to my account recovery (in order to pay duties for the package as a receiver).

Suggested solution:
to deliver my package as soon as possible and send me email about recovering my account at UPS website
