My complaint:

Sunblest Apts. is an apartment community with many residents. Residents have an option to have their packages delivered to the Amazon Hub at the Sunblest Leasing office 11757 Garden Circle East, Fishers, IN 46038.
Several residents have opted out of Hub. This clearly means that the tresident prefers to have their package delivered to their physical address, at their apartment home.When a package is scanned at the Hub, a message specifically shows that the resident is not activetake to the apartment address. Many carriers are ignoring and choosing to leave e package as other resident or leaving the package on the floor of the Hub area. Recently a resident whom needed a medication(perishable item), did not receive the package at their door.

Suggested solution:

Please educate drivers that PERISHABLE, RUSH and IMPORTANT DELIVERY is not to be put in NON-ACTIVE LOCKER at all.
BE AWARE of the IMPORTANT DETAIL OR WORDS on each package.
