United Supermarkets complaint: Lack of effective COVID policies

My complaint:

Does not provide protection for customers seeking a safe place to shop During the pandemic. The staff is observing the recommendations, but many customers neither wear masks nor observe distancing, and some vendors filling shelves do not. I’m a senior and the hours designated for us are used by non-senior, non-mask wearing customers who put me in a very defensive, nerve-wracking position. I’m surprised Market Street, a store I love, is forcing me to shop only where the company is serious about this issue, like Whole Foods and Costco. I’m truly alarmed by the current situation.

Suggested solution:

Create and enforce a time slot for only mask wearing, social distancing customers. Until then I will shop at socially conscience stores like Whole Food, Costco and Central Market.
