My complaint:

I called ahead to get information about vaccination availability and hours of apporation for the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy at approximately 5:15PM. There was a line of other customers being assisted. When It was my turn to be assisted I advised the young lady at the counter that I had called earlier regarding getting a vaccine and that I was there to do so. The young lady was passive aggressive in her tone and demeeiner towards me as she informed me that you will have to come back because we have been busy all day and we dont have time to assist you with this. I was confused so I asked if I needed to make an appointment. The young lady also stated, No. You just need to come back tomorrow or a day that we are not busy. I looked around and noticed that they had finished helping all other customers. As I started to inform the pharmacy tech that I had called ahead, she stated Im the person you spoke with ion the phone. I told you it would take us 30minutes to do a vaccine. The young lady then looked at her clock and stated, Its 5:20 and we close at 6PM so 20 minutes is not enough time to give a vaccine. I asked for the forms needed to complete and inquired if I can fill out everything and submit all paperwork and then come back. The young lady looked at me got a form, put it on the counter and shoved it towards me. I completed all paper work and submitted required documents as 5 other techs stood and watched as there were no customers left to assist. When I left it was 5:30PM and the pharmacy hours of opp are from 8AM to 6PM.

Suggested solution:

This pharmacy should be addressed and service rendered.
