My complaint:
My husband called to store to speak to the pharmacy about his medications not being run through correctly. The employee would not let him finish his sentence and kept saying that he had been paying. When my husband tried to correct her she kept talking over him and when he said he was coming up there the employee hung up the phone before he finish. When we went up there the manager kept saying she heard everything but you could tell it was not on speaker phone when he was speaking to her.
Suggested solution:
When they acknowledge that they were rude and stop smirking in the back of the store.
