My complaint:
Your managers are lazy. Your florist steals and. Good merchandise to family. And they make arrangements with the merchandise that has been marked off. They give away products. Take multiple breaks and are all drinking buddies so they take up for each other and act like high school children.
They are all unprofessional you can hear and see them in the groups standing in the floral department gossiping and the customers can hear everything. They cut his as they please and expect people to get by on 20 hours a week. While they all get paid to work 40 or more with sole of them aren’t even there. They take off and have breaks on few occasions up to one and one half hours.
And they won’t why they call that site the ghetto store. It’s because they are unprofessional and cannot run the store like it should be run. They all scare each other and you just see people standing around talking playing and eating
Suggested solution:
Fire them and get better employees who can make a better impression on the people that are supposed to be following their lead
