My complaint:

I have a £6000 withdrawal pending with unibet, understandably I was not aware 3rd party payments was not allowed. I used my sisters card as I did misplace mine. But when withdrawing I done this through instant online transfer by logging into my online banking. I was told I had to send requested documents of mine and my sisters – I was also told by a member of staff which I do have screenshots that unibet give warnings as this was my first warning my funds would not be confiscated.

The Reveiw team has my documents but are not doing anything about this and they are refusing to give me my money. I have taken numerous steps spending 48 hours on live chat trying to chase this but no one can help. I have cashed out over £6000 they have all the documents they need but nothing is being done on my side and my winnings haven’t been withdrawn to me. They’ve made me sign in to my online banking to withdraw but haven’t given me my funds.

I had spoken to someone on live chat who told me your winnings will be in tomorrow this should have been the 6th Feb and now I’m being told by numerous different people as I may not even get my winnings. I have provided all documentation of mine and my sisters they’ve requested. There reviews are extremely bad and it seems like they are stealing everyone’s money.

This isn’t fair and I really need your help to get my winnings asap. It’s £6100 that’s pending withdrawal and I have numerous screenshots of different chats with members of there staff all stating different things they have also now blocked my account so I can’t even access this.

I want my winnings they are taking the mick out of people there not paying out anyone
