My complaint:
I had a 8 bet parlay on unibet and it was wrongfully settled. A game of CS:GO «let us cook ve Coalesce». Both teams faced eachother two times same day (22. April 2023) One being at 17:00 CET and the second being 20:45 CET. On my betslip it says i betted on their first game 17:00 CET, where the team let us cook won. After the first game ended, my bet was not ed as a win, but took hours before it got settled. And after their second game at 20:45, the team let us cook lost, and my bet went to a loss.
I contacted unibet support serveral times where they said that i betted on the second game at 20:45, but from my perspective, i betted on the first and it also shows on my betslip. The staff said that that was their final answer that i betted on the second, but on unibets odds selection, it only showed one game and that one game was the first at 17:00 CET.

Suggested solution:
Either by setting my betslip as a win, since that was the only loss on my 8 bet parlay, or just mark the game of let us cook vs Coalesce as an error and remove it from my bet parlay
