My complaint:
I entered the location and ordered at 7:05 pm on Sunday, January 28th., Ticket 122. I waited OVER 40 minutes before even saying something. The cook stated, “ The chicken is raw and doesn’t cook itself” And, you were told it was a 25 minute wait time for dark meat. I kindly explained to her…” I wasn’t told that, because I wasn’t willing to wait 25 minutes “ I would have ordered wings. I’m a nurse nearby – I was given a refund BUT, I waited OVER 45 minutes and left with no food.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be contacted- receive a FORMAL apology and I should of been offered the refund- and my food.
